AFC Metro Turnstile adopts DSP+ARM motor control technology and precise positioning technology. Combining with original motor control algorithm, it makes the mechanism work smoothly & stably and ensures the wing gates can operate quickly & synchronously, so as to achieve fast opening & closing actions, and improve the throughput rate.
Strong Folding Wing Gate Technology
The folding wing gate of AFC Metro Turnstile is the combination of double crank connecting rod structural design. Its speed curve & acceleration curve are fluent. The mechanism operation is smooth, agile and quiet.
All-around User Safety Protection
AFC Metro Turnstile is equipped with triple anti-clamping designs: infrared anti-clamping, mechanical anti-clamping and electric current anti-clamping, so as to fully protect user personal security. In the premise of not hitting user, the turnstile can effectively prevent illegal intrusion and tailgating pass.
AFC Metro Turnstile adopts CMOLO independent research and development of Power-off Auto-open Technology. When the power is off, wing gates will retract into the cabinets to form an open passageway so that the pedestrians can evacuate rapidly.
All electric modules are designed to operate under the safety voltage of 24V, and configured with residual current protective device to effectively avoid electric shocks.
AFC Metro Turnstile Core Technology
AFC Metro Turnstile adopts CMOLO® Patent passing detection kernel algorithm and matrix type photoelectric stereoscopic detection technology. It can sensitively detect the behaviors that threaten the passageway safety, such as illegal intrusion, reverse passing, tail-gating, and give out audible and visual alarms. The turnstile can be also linked with other security systems.

AFC Metro Turnstile configures great Geman DC brushless motor and high-performance reducer. It carries advanced servo control system, DSP+ARM motor control technology and precise positioning technology. Combining with original motor control algorithm, it can achieve precise control and stable performance.
CMOLO independent research and development of lossless mechanism structure is based on German technology, which ensures a much longer lifespan.
With optimized design, the wing gate structure is having the solid protection capability. It can withstand impact forces from all directions.
