Safety Design
Emergency open
Swing gate barrier with card reader equips with emergency escape control device, to make the system automatically open the gate to evacuate pedestrian.
Swing gate barrier with card reader opens when power failure
With the independently developed advanced mechanical structure, the system will automatically unlock the gate when the power is off, and the gate can be manually pushed to open, which is convenient for pedestrian evacuation.
Anti-electric shock
All electric modules are designed to operate under the safety voltage of 24V, and configured with residual current protective device to prevent pedestrian from being injured by electric shocks.
Triple anti-clamping
With triple anti-clamping technologies such as infrared anti-clamping, mechanical anti-clamping and anti-collision by advanced electric current detection, swing gate barrier can protect pedestrian safety more comprehensively.
Over-force feedback control
When the gate is momentarily subjected to an impact force beyond the safe range, the gate can be slowly pushed for a certain distance to buffer the impact force on the mechanism and the reverse impact force on pedestrians.

Advanced core logic algorithm
Swing gate barrier adopts CMOLO® patented passing detection algorithm and matrix photoelectric stereo detection technology, to sensitively detect illegal behaviors such as reversely passing and tailgating, and issues warnings in the form of sound and light, and can be linked with other security systems.
It adopts advanced servo control system and DSP+ARM motor control technology, combined with the motor control algorithm independently developed by CMOLO, which can achieve precise control and positioning of the obstacle and maintain stable performance.
Strong mechanism structure
CMOLO's self-developed lossless modular mechanism structure and full CNC processing technology are to ensure the precision, strength and concentricity of the mechanism. The transmission ratio is accurate, efficient and stable, and the rotation angle of the gate can be precisely controlled and the loss is reduced, so as to ensure the stability and long service life of the mechanism structure.
Long service life
The mechanism and control system of swing gate barrier have been passed 10 million times life test.
The Highlight of Appearance Design
The cabinet and speed gates' outline are trapezoid, reflecting the new geometrical aesthetics.
Dividing the cabinet into red and black parts, the red part is slightly larger than the black part, which is multi-layered.
The cutting line is naturally smooth, extending from top to bottom, and the downward part is not parallel to the line around the turnstile, showing a free and unrestrained attitude.
The corners are designed with arcs to avoid sharp corner injuries to ensure the safety of users.
Besides red & black, we have also designed white & black, blue & black. Other color assortment is also optional.
